Prices & Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars. We reserve the right to change the prices of our goods at any time without notice. We accept AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit. We also accept AFTERPAY and PayPal.
We post all order with tracking service via Australia Post. Standard Domestic shipping ranges between $8-$12, Express Shipping ranges between $15-$24. Orders may take 3-5 business days to arrive once processed, depending on your location. For regional areas, delivery may take up to 7 business days. Delivery will be calculated upon checkout.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs can change from time to time. Please note orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched each Monday.
Standard international shipping charges range between $20-$30 for New Zealand and $40-$60 for the rest of the world. We use Australia Post International Registered Mail. Orders may take 7 - 14 business days to arrive once processed.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours.
Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes and as the recipient, you will be responsible for paying these costs to release the goods from customs upon arrival. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.
Order status and tracking
Please allow up to 7 days before querying your parcel. If you do not receive your parcel in the timeframe specified, please email email@example.com and provide us with your name, contact number and order number. For international orders (from outside Australia), once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number you can use to track your parcel via the Australia Post Website. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your name, contact number and order number if you are unsure. Please allow up to 21 days before querying your parcel.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have taken great care to inspect every item, however we will happily exchange or refund any item that is defective or faulty. We only offer exchange or credit note for change of mind, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you wish to exchange to a different item, please fill in the below form and we will post you back your new item. All items being exchanged must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order and in the original condition with the original packaging. Please notify us via email at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order if you are not happy with one of our products for any reason.
Please note that:
Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and be in its original condition as when it was received. If the items have been worn or damaged, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We will not be responsible for lost return packages so you may wish to use a tracking number or some method of secure postage.
- Shipping back to use for an exchange is not covered by The Nappy Society, this is at the customers expense.
If you are not able to comply with the requirements of our returns policy, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange on change of mind items. For all international returns, please specify on the courier company's consignment that the contents are “RETURNED GOODS” so that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again and please post all returns to:
