For the MM Neverfull, you could really opt for either size TNS Insert. The Compact TNS Insert will be a looser fit inside the tote and allow for additional room around the insert. The TNS Original Insert will be a tighter fit and bunch slightly inside, however it doesn't hinder the design or functionality at all. We personally use the TNS Original Insert inside our MM Neverfull.
For the GM Neverfull definitely opt for the Original TNS Insert!

If you have the PM St Louis tote, we would recommend our Compact Baby Bag Insert, if you have the GM St Louis then definitely opt for the Original Baby Bag Insert.

If you have the large Longchamp Le Pliage, we would recommend our Original Baby Bag Insert, we find it easiest to place the insert inside the tote first and then pack your items in and around it. If you have the medium size, we would recommend that you opt for our Compact Baby Bag Insert.

What is the difference between the Compact and Original Baby Bag Inserts?
The main difference is the size. Our Compact Inserts are smaller and designed for small to medium totes and handbags, whilst our Original Inserts are designed for medium to larger totes. Our Compact Baby Bag Inserts will only have 1 insulated bottle pocket, whereas our Original Baby Bag Inserts will have 2.

Do the pram caddies come with clips to attach to the pram handles, or do I need to purchase these separately?
Both our Pram Caddy and Mini Pram Caddy have adjustable velcro straps that easily attach to your pram handles, there is no need to purchase the Stroller Clips to attach your pram.
Which Pram Caddy is best for my pram?
For the standard prams such at Bugaboo Fox, Joolz Geo2 and Redsbaby JIVE we would recommend our classic Pram Caddy. For compact or travel strollers such as the Babyzen YoYo or Mountain Buggy Nano we would recommend our Mini Pram Caddy.
If you have a double stroller, we recommend attaching our standard Pram Caddy to the handles with our Stroller Clips.
Alternatively, you could opt for our Cross Body Bag and attach to any pram or stroller with our Stroller Clips.

Yes! Our Stroller Clips are a universal fit and will easily attach to any pram or stroller handles.
How should I clean my TNS Baby Bag Insert?
For minor cleaning we would recommend wiping the Insert down with a damp cloth or disinfectant wipe and leaving to dry. For thorough cleaning you can machine wash your Insert, we recommend removing the change mat and placing inside a wash bag on a gentle/hand wash cycle on cold with a tiny amount of laundry powder. Then simply hang up to dry for a day or two and it will be as good as new again.
Do the Insert and Pram Caddy Bundles also come with a padded change mat?
Yes! Our Baby Bag Insert Bundles and our Ultimate Pram Caddy Bundle come with their very own padded change mat.
Will a laptop fit inside my TNS Insert?
Yes, our Original Baby Bag Insert will easily fit a 13” laptop inside the large outer zip pocket. Our Luxe Nylon Tote will easily fit a laptop of 15”.
Can I still use the TNS Inserts if I’m not a mum?
Absolutely! Our Inserts are also great for work and travel, or just helping you keep your favourite day-to-day tote a lot more organised!
What’s the difference between the Luxe Change Mat and the padded change mat that comes with the Baby Bag Inserts?
Our Luxe Change Mat is a nappy change clutch with a mesh pocket inside to hold nappies, wipes and creams, and conveniently folds up to a disguise itself as a clutch. The padded change mat that comes with our Inserts and Pram Caddy is a simple rectangle padded change mat, that easily folds up and slots inside the larger zipper pocket of Inserts and Pram Caddy.
What materials are TNS products made from?
Our Baby Bag Inserts, Pram Caddies and Accessories are made from a coated cotton canvas which is durable, lightweight and water resistant. Our Cross Body Bag, Luxe Nylon Tote and Kids Backpacks are made from a water-resistance nylon material which is super lightweight, durable and easy to care for.

Can I use the Kids Backpacks for myself?
Absolutely, we do! Because our Kids Backpacks are so classic and minimalist, they make a great bag for any mum or dad.
We find the backpacks to be a great go-to size fitting all your day-to-day items while still look great on mum and dad, as well as the kids.
What are the shipping costs in Australia?
We offer FREE Shipping on all Australian orders over $150. For orders under $150 standard shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $12, and for express shipping $20.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide! Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We ship with DHL Express.
Will I have to pay taxes or duties for orders outside Australia?
Any orders shipped outside Australia may incur additional duties or taxes.

What if the item I want to purchase is on pre-order?
If the item states ‘PRE ORDER’ in the title, it means the item is currently out of stock but we have a delivery on the way. If you would like your ‘in-stock’ item first, we would recommend placing separate orders.
