Hi, I'm Gemma, founder of The Nappy Society. Before having my first baby, I spent five years at Chanel followed by time at Country Road head office, and I kept noticing the same thing: stylish mums turning their gorgeous designer totes into baby bags, with everything just chucked in and zero organisation.
